I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location was exceptional, as it offered beautiful scenery, with a river just 20 feet away, making the hikes amazing. The hotel facilities were fantastic, and the cleanliness was impressive. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast served was tasty, enriched with fresh garden produce.

The expansive garden area was a serene and relaxing space with a wonderful sun terrace perfect for catching some rays. The Spa & wellness centre was a highlight, offering an exceptional massage experience that left us feeling completely rejuvenated. The restaurant and breakfast menu were exceptional, with an abundance of choices that catered perfectly to our dietary restrictions.

The only minor issue we experienced was with the service at the outdoor dining area. While the food was exquisite and the BBQ facilities were exceptional, the staff could have been more attentive to our needs.

Spent Christmas in a breathtaking location surrounded by nature and stunning views. The villas were equipped with luxurious furnishings and spa-influenced bathrooms. The variety of excursions offered onsite provided for endless activities.

The food and beverage options were limited and more expensive than expected. The spa services were overpriced for the quality received.

Spent Christmas at a remote hotel in Chile’s lake district and had an amazing time. Enjoyed the incredible views of the surrounding nature and the attentive staff. The food was delicious and every meal was unique. The Christmas dinner was especially memorable, with traditional Chilean dishes and a festive atmosphere. The excursions offered were well organized and personalized to our preferences, and we enjoyed seeing local attractions and learning about the culture.

The location was a bit isolated, which made it difficult to explore the area on our own. , some of the activities were quite expensive, which limited our options.

From the room to the bathroom, everything was impeccable, and the staff was always ready to help. The breakfast spread was extensive. We enjoyed the fresh produce grown on the premises, and the cheese plates were remarkable. Plus, the excursions offered to the snowcapped volcano and other places were outstanding. We loved that everything was included.
